Finger Extension
  1. 1 - Place a band around your fingers, just below the fingertips.
  2. 2 - Begin with your hand in a relaxed and neutral position.
  3. 3 - Gently open your fingers against the resistance of the band, extending them as wide as comfortable.
  4. 4 - Pause briefly at the maximum stretch point to feel the resistance from the band.
  5. 5 - Slowly bring your fingers back to the neutral position, maintaining tension on the band.
  6. 6 - Perform finger extensions against the band’s resistance in a controlled and deliberate manner.
