Kneeling Ankle Stretch
- 1 - Begin by kneeling on the floor with your buttocks resting on your heels.
- 2 - Ensure that the top side of your feet is flat on the floor.
- 3 - Gently lean back, shifting your body weight away from your ankles and toward your heels.
- 4 - You should feel a stretch in your ankles as you lean back.
- 5 - Hold this position for about 15-30 seconds, allowing your ankles to stretch and relax.
- 6 - Gradually return to an upright kneeling position.
- 7 - Repeat the lean-back movement for about 30 seconds, gradually increasing the range of motion as your ankles become more flexible.
- 8 - Continue this stretch as needed to improve ankle flexibility.
