Zottman Curl
  1. 1 - 1. Start with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing forward.
  2. 2 - 2. Curl the dumbbells up using a supinated grip.
  3. 3 - 3. At the top, rotate your wrists to a pronated (palms-down) grip.
  4. 4 - 4. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down.
  5. 5 - 5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, focusing on forearm and bicep engagement.
