Standing Back Rotation Stretch
  1. 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Cross your arms over your chest, with your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder.
  3. 3 - Inhale and engage your core muscles.
  4. 4 - Exhale and rotate your torso to the right, turning your upper body as far as comfortably possible.
  5. 5 - Keep your lower body stable and your feet firmly planted.
  6. 6 - Inhale as you return to the center.
  7. 7 - Exhale and rotate your torso to the left, turning your upper body as far as comfortably possible.
  8. 8 - Continue this rotation from side to side for 15-30 seconds, breathing rhythmically.
