Hand Grip Strengthener
  1. 1 - Sit or stand with your back straight.
  2. 2 - Hold a hand spring grip strengthener (a device designed for grip training) in one hand, palm facing down.
  3. 3 - Squeeze the grip strengthener as hard as you can for a few seconds.
  4. 4 - Slowly release your grip, extending your fingers.
  5. 5 - Repeat the squeeze and release motion for the desired number of repetitions.
