Hip Circles
- 1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your hands on your hips or by your sides.
- 2 - Gently begin to make circular motions with your hips. Imagine you’re drawing circles with your hips.
- 3 - Start by moving your hips forward, then to the right, backward, to the left, and back to the starting position.
- 4 - Continue making circular motions, gradually increasing the size of the circles.
- 5 - After a few rotations in one direction, reverse the movement and make circles in the opposite direction.
- 6 - Perform 10-15 rotations in each direction.
