Spinal Diagonal Twist on Stability Ball
  1. 1 - Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
  2. 2 - Place your hands behind your head, fingers lightly interlaced, and your elbows out to the sides.
  3. 3 - Inhale and engage your core muscles.
  4. 4 - Exhale and rotate your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow toward your right knee.
  5. 5 - Inhale as you return to the center, maintaining a straight back.
  6. 6 - Exhale and rotate your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow toward your left knee.
  7. 7 - Inhale as you return to the center.
  8. 8 - Continue this diagonal twisting motion for 15-30 seconds, breathing rhythmically.
