Sled Forward Drag
  1. 1 - Attach a harness or handle to the sled, making sure it’s secure.
  2. 2 - Load the sled with the desired amount of weight.
  3. 3 - Strap yourself into the harness or grip the handle, ensuring it’s comfortable and secure.
  4. 4 - Stand facing away from the sled with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  5. 5 - Lean forward slightly and start walking forward, pulling the sled behind you.
  6. 6 - Focus on keeping good posture and engaging your core and leg muscles as you move.
