Cable Row with V-Bar
  1. 1 - Attach the V-bar to the cable machine at a low position and sit on the bench facing the machine.
  2. 2 - Place your feet on the foot rest with shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3 - Grab the V-bar with both hands using an overhand grip.
  4. 4 - Keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Begin with your arms fully extended in front of you, holding the V-bar.
  5. 5 - Pull the V-bar towards your chest, leading with your elbows, and squeezing your shoulder blades together as you pull.
  6. 6 - Pause for a second at the top of the movement, and then slowly lower the V-bar back to the starting position.
  7. 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
