Neck Isometric Hold
  1. 1 - Sit or stand up straight with your back in a neutral position.
  2. 2 - Place your hand on one side of your head, just above your ear, with your fingers pointing downward.
  3. 3 - Push your head gently against your hand while simultaneously resisting with your hand, creating an isometric contraction.
  4. 4 - Hold this position for about 10-15 seconds, making sure to maintain steady pressure without straining.
  5. 5 - Relax and return your head to a neutral position.
  6. 6 - Repeat the same isometric hold on the other side of your head, placing your hand just above the ear on the opposite side.
  7. 7 - Continue to alternate between both sides.
