Parallette Chicken Wing
  1. 1 - Stand between the parallettes and hang your elbows and upper arms over the bars.
  2. 2 - Keep your elbow at 90 degrees. Wrap your whole hand around the bar with your thumb pointed up to the ceiling.
  3. 3 - Jump up off the floor and support your body weight on your upper arm.
  4. 4 - Keep your feet off the floor as you let your elbows rotate down up and body sink down.
  5. 5 - Squeeze the elbows back in towards your body so that you move back up above the Parallete bars.
  6. 6 - Continue this motion as you flap your elbows up and down.
