Shoulder Flexion Stretch
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back straight.
  2. 2 - Reach both arms overhead, extending them fully toward the ceiling.
  3. 3 - Interlace your fingers, and turn your palms upward.
  4. 4 - As you inhale, lengthen your entire body by reaching upwards through your fingertips.
  5. 5 - Lift your ribcage and open your chest.
  6. 6 - Exhale as you continue reaching upward, stretching your arms, shoulders, and upper body.
  7. 7 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, maintaining steady breathing.
