Parallette Tuck Swing
- Place the parallettes at shoulder-width apart on a stable surface.
- Grab the parallettes with an overhand grip, palms facing down. Your arms should be fully extended.
- Hang from the parallettes with your legs together and extended in front of you, creating a straight line from head to heels.
- Initiate the swing by using your shoulders and core to lift your legs forward and upward, bringing them toward your chest in a tuck position.
- As your legs reach the highest point, swing them backward, extending your legs behind you. Aim for a rhythmic and controlled swinging motion.
- Coordinate the swinging motion between your upper body and lower body, maintaining control throughout the movement.
