  1. 1 - Set up on the GHD machine with your chest and upper thighs supported.
  2. 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging straight down towards the floor.
  3. 3 - Keep your back straight, engage your core, and extend your body to a horizontal position.
  4. 4 - While maintaining this horizontal position, perform a row by pulling both dumbbells up towards your hips.
  5. 5 - Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your elbows close to your body.
  6. 6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control.
  7. 7 - Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
