Agility Ladder High Knees
  1. 1 - Lay the agility ladder flat on the ground.
  2. 2 - Position yourself at the beginning of the ladder, facing it.
  3. 3 - Lift your knees high as you step through each square of the ladder.
  4. 4 - Move rapidly, lifting your knees and placing your feet in and out of each ladder square.
  5. 5 - Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise.
  6. 6 - Swing your arms in a natural running motion to enhance coordination.
  7. 7 - Focus on light and quick foot movements to navigate the ladder efficiently.
  8. 8 - Maintain a consistent and controlled pace, gradually increasing speed as you become more comfortable.
