Timber Carry
  1. 1 - Find a heavy timber or log, typically with handles or grips attached to it for better control.
  2. 2 - Stand next to the timber with your feet shoulder-width apart and your chest up.
  3. 3 - Bend at your hips and knees to get a secure grip on the handles or the timber itself.
  4. 4 - Lift the timber off the ground, maintaining a straight back and engaging your core muscles.
  5. 5 - Start walking with the timber, carrying it for a predetermined distance or as far as you can manage.
