Single-Leg Box Jump
1 - Stand in front of a sturdy box or platform with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Balance on one leg while slightly bending the knee.
3 - Bend the knee of your standing leg and swing your arms back.
4 - Explosively jump off your standing leg, driving your knee upward.
5 - Land softly on the box with the same leg.
6 - Maintain balance, then step back down with control.
7 - Perform the desired repetitions on one leg before switching.
