Dumbbell Jumping Squat
- 1 - Begin by holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your arms hanging at your sides.
- 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Bend your knees and hips to lower your body into a squat position.
- 4 - Hold the dumbbells close to your body.
- 5 - Explosively push through your heels to jump upward.
- 6 - As you jump, extend your arms straight down and keep the dumbbells close to your body.
- 7 - Land softly, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
- 8 - Immediately go into the next jump squat repetition.
