Medicine Ball Slam Box Jump
- 1 - Stand in front of a sturdy box or platform.
- 2 - Hold a medicine ball with both hands, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Lift the medicine ball above your head while standing tall.
- 4 - Slam the medicine ball down to the ground with force, engaging your core and using your whole body to create power.
- 5 - Immediately after slamming the ball, jump onto the box or platform with both feet, landing in a squat position.
- 6 - Stand up on the box and step or jump back down to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat the sequence for the desired number of repetitions.
