Atlas Stones
- 1 - Set up a row of Atlas Stones of different sizes and weights, each with a designated platform.
- 2 - Stand in front of the first stone with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing slightly outward.
- 3 - Bend at your hips and knees to get a secure grip on the stone. The stone should be positioned between your legs.
- 4 - Lift the stone off the ground using proper lifting technique, such as using your legs and maintaining a straight back.
- 5 - Hug the stone tightly to your chest or abdomen, depending on the stone’s size.
- 6 - Explosively lift the stone upward, extending your hips, knees, and ankles to generate power.
- 7 - Place the stone onto the designated platform, ensuring it is fully supported and stable.
- 8 - Repeat the lift and placement for each of the Atlas Stones, working your way through the row.
