Alternating Punch
  1. 1 - Start in a stable stance with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Form fists with your hands and bring them close to your face in a guard position.
  3. 3 - Extend your right arm forward, punching straight ahead.
  4. 4 - Quickly retract the right arm as you extend your left arm in a punching motion.
  5. 5 - Continue alternating punches, maintaining a controlled and rhythmic pace.
