Alternating Punch
- 1 - Start in a stable stance with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Form fists with your hands and bring them close to your face in a guard position.
- 3 - Extend your right arm forward, punching straight ahead.
- 4 - Quickly retract the right arm as you extend your left arm in a punching motion.
- 5 - Continue alternating punches, maintaining a controlled and rhythmic pace.
