Stick Pass-Through
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Hold a wooden stick or PVC pipe with both hands, palms facing down, and your hands about shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3 - Start with your arms fully extended in front of you, parallel to the ground.
  4. 4 - Keeping your arms straight, slowly lift the stick overhead in an arc until it’s behind you.
  5. 5 - Continue moving the stick forward and down until it returns to the starting position in front of you.
  6. 6 - Your goal is to maintain a wide grip and keep your arms straight throughout the movement.
  7. 7 - Perform this exercise in a controlled and smooth manner.
