Back and Forth Step
1 - Begin by standing with your feet together.
2 - Step backward with your right foot, lowering your body into a lunge position.
3 - Push off with your right foot, returning to the starting position.
4 - Now, step backward with your left foot and lower into a lunge.
5 - Push off with your left foot to return to the starting position.
6 - Repeat this back-and-forth stepping motion, alternating legs with each step.
