Dumbbell Seated Bicep Curl
- 1 - Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Hold the dumbbells with palms facing forward.
- 3 - Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
- 4 - Curl the weights toward your shoulders.
- 5 - Keep elbows close to your body during the lift.
- 6 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
- 7 - Lower the dumbbells back down with control.
- 8 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
