Stair Stepper
  1. 1 - Start by setting the speed, resistance, and program duration on the stair stepper to your preference.
  2. 2 - Carefully step onto the pedals of the stair stepper.
  3. 3 - Select the type of workout you want, such as manual, interval, or preset programs. Adjust the intensity as needed.
  4. 4 - Begin your workout by pressing the start button or starting the machine’s motion. The pedals will move up and down, simulating stepping.
  5. 5 - Keep your back straight and use the handrails for balance without leaning too heavily on them.
  6. 6 - Start at a comfortable pace, and as you become more comfortable, you can increase the intensity.
  7. 7 - Carefully step off the machine when you’ve completed your workout.
