1 - Stand up straight with your feet together and your arms at your sides.
2 - Jump into the air. As you jump, spread your legs apart to the sides. At the same time, raise your arms above your head until your hands meet or nearly touch.
3 - While in mid-air, your body should resemble an “X” shape with your arms and legs extended.
4 - Land gently on the balls of your feet. Simultaneously, bring your arms back down to your sides and your legs back together.
5 - Continue this motion, jumping up and down while opening and closing your arms and legs. Aim for a smooth, rhythmic motion.
