Kettlebell Split Snatch
- 1 - Choose the right kettlebell weight.
- 2 - Start in a squat position with feet shoulder-width apart and the kettlebell on the floor.
- 3 - Bend at the hips and knees to grab the kettlebell’s handle with one hand.
- 4 - Forcefully extend your hips and knees, lifting the kettlebell up as you rotate your hand.
- 5 - Split your legs into a lunge position as the kettlebell reaches its peak.
- 6 - Lock the kettlebell overhead with your arm extended.
- 7 - Lower the kettlebell by reversing the motion and returning to the starting position.
- 8 - Alternate between left and right sides.
