Standing Top Clap Back Clap
- 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Raise both arms overhead, clapping your hands together.
- 3 - Lower your arms back down to approximately waist height behind your back.
- 4 - Clap your hands together behind your back.
- 5 - Return your hands to the overhead starting position
- 6 - Repeat this overhead to behind-the-back clapping motion.
