Seated Straddle Side Bend
- 1 - Sit with your legs extended wide apart in a straddle position.
- 2 - Ensure your spine is straight, and shoulders are relaxed.
- 3 - Extend both arms overhead, keeping them aligned with your ears.
- 4 - Slowly lean to the side, reaching towards the extended leg.
- 5 - Feel the stretch along the side of your torso.
- 6 - Hold the stretch for a moment, maintaining good posture.
- 7 - Return to the starting position.
- 8 - Repeat on the other side, alternating side bends for flexibility.
