Seated Straddle Side Bend
  1. 1 - Sit with your legs extended wide apart in a straddle position.
  2. 2 - Ensure your spine is straight, and shoulders are relaxed.
  3. 3 - Extend both arms overhead, keeping them aligned with your ears.
  4. 4 - Slowly lean to the side, reaching towards the extended leg.
  5. 5 - Feel the stretch along the side of your torso.
  6. 6 - Hold the stretch for a moment, maintaining good posture.
  7. 7 - Return to the starting position.
  8. 8 - Repeat on the other side, alternating side bends for flexibility.
