  1. 1 - Find a sturdy support to hold onto for balance (e.g., a wall or a chair).
  2. 2 - Stand on one leg while holding onto the support.
  3. 3 - Swing your other leg forward and backward in a controlled manner.
  4. 4 - After a set number of swings, switch to the other leg.
