Box Jump
- 1 - Stand in front of a sturdy box or plyometric platform with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Stand tall with a slight bend in your knees and your arms at your sides.
- 3 - Bend your knees and hips, then explode upward, jumping onto the box. Swing your arms for momentum.
- 4 - Land softly on the box with both feet, ensuring your entire foot is on the box and your knees are slightly bent to absorb the impact.
- 5 - Straighten your hips and knees to stand fully upright on top of the box.
- 6 - Step down carefully one foot at a time or jump down if the box is not too high and you’re experienced.
- 7 - Perform the desired number of reps, maintaining proper form and control.
