Dumbbell Chest Press
- 1 - Lie on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor, and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward.
- 2 - Bring the dumbbells up to your chest and press them up above your chest, fully extending your arms. Keep your elbows slightly bent to avoid locking them out.
- 3 - Lower the dumbbells back down to your chest in a controlled motion.
- 4 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
