- Set up a platform or a designated loading area at a reasonable distance from the starting point.
- Choose the objects or implements you’ll be loading. These can vary widely in shape and weight, such as sandbags, kegs, atlas stones, or other heavy items.
- Stand in front of the first object with your feet shoulder-width apart and your chest up.
- Bend at your hips and knees to get a secure grip on the object.
- Lift the object off the ground using proper lifting technique, such as using your legs and maintaining a straight back.
- Carry the object to the loading platform and load it onto the platform as instructed. This might involve placing the object on top of the platform or into a specific container.
- Return to the starting point and repeat the process with the next object.
- Continue loading all the designated objects onto the platform or into their designated areas.
