- 1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
- 2 - Position yourself in front of a sturdy bench or platform.
- 3 - Step onto the bench with one foot, ensuring your entire foot is on the surface.
- 4 - Push through your heel to lift your body up onto the bench.
- 5 - As you reach the top, bring your opposite knee up towards your chest, engaging your core for balance.
- 6 - Hold for a moment at the top, then lower the raised knee and step back down to the starting position.
- 7 - Alternate legs and repeat for your desired number of reps or time.
- 8 - Maintain proper form by keeping your back straight, chest up, and core engaged throughout the exercise.
