Agility Ball
  1. 1 - Stand in an open area with your agility ball in hand.
  2. 2 - Hold the ball at chest height and look at a specific spot on the ball.
  3. 3 - Drop the ball onto the ground or throw it against a wall.
  4. 4 - As the ball bounces unpredictably, react quickly to catch it.
  5. 5 - Keep your eyes on the ball and use your hand-eye coordination to anticipate its path.
  6. 6 - Vary the height and angle at which you drop or throw the ball to make it more challenging.
  7. 7 - Practice for a set duration or until you feel comfortable with your reactions.
