Step-Up on Chair
- 1 - Find a sturdy chair or bench.
- 2 - Stand facing the chair with your feet hip-width apart.
- 3 - Place one foot firmly on the chair’s seat.
- 4 - Shift your body weight onto the foot that’s on the chair.
- 5 - Push through that foot to lift your body up onto the chair.
- 6 - Straighten your body as you stand on the chair with both feet.
- 7 - Step back down by lowering the other foot to the ground first.
- 8 - Repeat the exercise by alternating which foot you use to step up.
