Step-Up on Chair
  1. 1 - Find a sturdy chair or bench.
  2. 2 - Stand facing the chair with your feet hip-width apart.
  3. 3 - Place one foot firmly on the chair’s seat.
  4. 4 - Shift your body weight onto the foot that’s on the chair.
  5. 5 - Push through that foot to lift your body up onto the chair.
  6. 6 - Straighten your body as you stand on the chair with both feet.
  7. 7 - Step back down by lowering the other foot to the ground first.
  8. 8 - Repeat the exercise by alternating which foot you use to step up.
