Barbell Shrug
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2 - Hold a barbell in front of you with an overhand grip.
3 - Keep your arms fully extended, and shoulders relaxed.
4 - Lift your shoulders straight up toward your ears.
5 - Squeeze your traps at the top of the movement.
6 - Lower the barbell back down with control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
