Kneeling Forearms Stretch with Palms on the Floor
- 1 - Begin by kneeling on the floor with your knees hip-width apart.
- 2 - Place your palms on the floor with your fingers pointing towards you.
- 3 - Gently shift your weight forward, keeping your palms in contact with the floor.
- 4 - This will create a stretch in your forearms and wrists
- 5 - Hold this stretch for 15-30 seconds, slightly shifting your body forward and back to really feel the stretch.
- 6 - Slowly release the stretch.
