Kettlebell Around-The-World
- 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the handle with both hands in front of you.
- 2 - Start by passing the kettlebell around your body, moving it behind your back, to the opposite hand.
- 3 - Continue passing the kettlebell in a circular motion, bringing it around to the front and back to the opposite hand.
- 4 - Repeat this circular motion, making a full circle around your body.
- 5 - After a few repetitions in one direction, reverse the direction and pass the kettlebell in the opposite way.
