Kettlebell Around-The-World
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the handle with both hands in front of you.
  2. 2 - Start by passing the kettlebell around your body, moving it behind your back, to the opposite hand.
  3. 3 - Continue passing the kettlebell in a circular motion, bringing it around to the front and back to the opposite hand.
  4. 4 - Repeat this circular motion, making a full circle around your body.
  5. 5 - After a few repetitions in one direction, reverse the direction and pass the kettlebell in the opposite way.
