Lateral Bound
  1. 1 - Begin by standing with your feet together, arms at your sides. Choose a clear and safe area for the exercise.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees slightly and prepare to jump sideways.
  3. 3 - Explosively jump to your right as far as you can. In mid-air, keep your feet close together, and your knees should be slightly bent.
  4. 4 - Land on your right foot with your knee slightly bent and your left foot behind your right leg. Focus on landing softly and maintaining your balance.
  5. 5 - As you land on your right foot, immediately push off your right foot to jump back to the left.
  6. 6 - Explosively jump to your left, reaching as far as you can. Keep your feet close together in mid-air.
  7. 7 - Land on your left foot with your knee slightly bent and your right foot behind your left leg. Again, focus on a soft landing and balance.
  8. 8 - Continue performing lateral bounds, jumping side to side in a fluid and rhythmic motion.
