Clap Push-Up
1 - Begin in a standard push-up position with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows, keeping your body straight.
3 - Push up explosively with enough force to lift your upper body off the ground.
4 - As you rise, clap your hands together in mid-air.
5 - Extend your arms fully before landing with soft elbows.
6 - Immediately go into the next push-up.
