Back Stretch Hold
  1. 1 - Find a sturdy, fixed object or surface, like a vertical pole or a doorway frame.
  2. 2 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart, facing the object.
  3. 3 - Extend your right arm and reach it out to hold onto the object at shoulder height.
  4. 4 - Bend your knees slightly and lean your body backward.
  5. 5 - As you lean back, you should feel a stretch in your lats and along your back.
  6. 6 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply and maintaining good posture.
  7. 7 - Slowly return to an upright position.
  8. 8 - Repeat the stretch by reaching out with your left arm and leaning back.
