Lying Leg Raises
  1. 1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat or bench, with your legs fully extended and your arms at your sides.
  2. 2 - Engage your core muscles to stabilize your lower back and prevent it from arching off the ground.
  3. 3 - Keeping your legs straight and together, lift them up towards the ceiling until they are perpendicular to the floor. Exhale as you lift your legs.
  4. 4 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position. Inhale as you lower your legs.
  5. 5 - Repeat for your desired number of reps.
