Knee-to-Chest Stretch
- 1 - Start by lying on your back on a comfortable surface.
- 2 - Bend your knees and bring them toward your chest.
- 3 - Hug both knees with your hands, clasping your hands just below your kneecaps.
- 4 - Keep your head and shoulders relaxed on the ground.
- 5 - Gently rock your knees from side to side, maintaining a controlled motion.
- 6 - As you rock to one side, feel the stretch in the opposite hip and lower back.
- 7 - Hold each side for a few seconds to enhance the stretch.
- 8 - Repeat the rocking motion for about 1-2 minutes, breathing steadily.
