Knee Hug Stretch
  1. 1 - Start by lying on your back on a comfortable surface.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees and bring them toward your chest.
  3. 3 - Hug both knees with your hands, clasping your hands just below your kneecaps.
  4. 4 - Keep your head and shoulders relaxed on the ground.
  5. 5 - Gently rock your knees from side to side, maintaining a controlled motion.
  6. 6 - As you rock to one side, feel the stretch in the opposite hip and lower back.
  7. 7 - Hold each side for a few seconds to enhance the stretch.
  8. 8 - Repeat the rocking motion for about 1-2 minutes, breathing steadily.
