Barbell Underhand Bent-Over Row
  1. 1 - Set up the barbell with an appropriate weight and secure it with collars. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. 2 - Grip the barbell with an underhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Keep your back straight, core tight.
  3. 3 - Lift the barbell off the ground with a neutral spine, arms straight, and palms facing up.
  4. 4 - Bend your elbows and pull the barbell towards your lower chest or upper abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. 5 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  6. 6 - Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
  7. 7 - Repeat for desired reps.
