Dumbbell Lawnmower Pull
- 1 - Start with a dumbbell in one hand and your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- 3 - Extend the arm with the dumbbell straight down toward the ground.
- 4 - Keep your core engaged for stability.
- 5 - Pull the dumbbell upward, leading with your elbow, bringing it towards your hip.
- 6 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- 7 - Lower the dumbbell back down with control, maintaining good form.
- 8 - Repeat for the desired reps and switch sides.
