Dumbbell Lawnmower Pull
  1. 1 - Start with a dumbbell in one hand and your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight and chest up.
  3. 3 - Extend the arm with the dumbbell straight down toward the ground.
  4. 4 - Keep your core engaged for stability.
  5. 5 - Pull the dumbbell upward, leading with your elbow, bringing it towards your hip.
  6. 6 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
  7. 7 - Lower the dumbbell back down with control, maintaining good form.
  8. 8 - Repeat for the desired reps and switch sides.
