Breaststroke
  1. 1 - Start in a prone position with your body extended in the water.
  2. 2 - Position your arms straight in front of you.
  3. 3 - As you initiate the stroke, open your arms to the sides, sweeping them outward.
  4. 4 - Simultaneously, bring your legs together and kick them outward.
  5. 5 - Glide your arms and legs back towards the midline of your body.
  6. 6 - Execute a powerful kick while pulling your arms back to the starting position.
  7. 7 - Continue the coordinated arm and leg movements in a fluid motion.
  8. 8 - Breathe rhythmically during the stroke, lifting your head to breathe as needed.
