Kettlebell Run
1 - Start with a single kettlebell of your chosen weight.
2 - Hold the kettlebell with both hands close to your chest to engage your core and upper body.
3 - Otherwise you can switch to a single-hand side hold, carrying the kettlebell by your side or up at shoulder height.
4 - Begin your run or jog.
5 - Switch between different positions throughout your run, mixing up how you hold the kettlebell and engaging different muscle groups.
