Hot Water Immersion
- 1 - Choose a suitable place for your hot water immersion, such as a bathtub, hot tub, or natural hot spring, ensuring it’s safe and clean.
- 2 - Adjust the water temperature to your comfort level, making sure it’s not too hot to avoid burns. The ideal temperature may vary from person to person, but it’s generally around 100-104°F (37-40°C).
- 3 - Always be cautious of the water temperature, especially when using hot tubs or hot springs. Prolonged exposure to extremely hot water can lead to dehydration or overheating.
- 4 - Immerse yourself nude or in minimal clothing, whichever you’re most comfortable with. In a hot tub or hot spring, swimwear is often used.
- 5 - Enjoy the relaxation
- 6 - Have a glass of water nearby and sip to stay hydrated, especially if you’re in hot water for an extended period.
- 7 - After your hot water immersion, take your time to cool down gradually.
