  2. 2 - Adjust the water temperature to your comfort level, making sure it’s not too hot to avoid burns. The ideal temperature may vary from person to person, but it’s generally around 100-104°F (37-40°C).
  3. 3 - Always be cautious of the water temperature, especially when using hot tubs or hot springs. Prolonged exposure to extremely hot water can lead to dehydration or overheating.
