Plyometric Push-Up
  1. 1 - Begin in a standard push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line from head to heels. Your feet should be hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows, just like in a regular push-up. Keep your body straight.
  3. 3 - Instead of returning to the starting position, push explosively through your palms so that your hands leave the ground. Your body should lift off momentarily.
  4. 4 - As you come back down, land with your hands in the same position as your initial push-up stance. Bend your elbows to absorb the impact.
  5. 5 - Immediately go into the next repetition, performing the push-up and explosive push-off consecutively.
